SHIPPING COSTS
(1) Orders that include Surrey Accessories only are not charged for "shipping" but are subject to a "low order fee", which approximates the shipping costs. Surrey Accessories ordered with a Surrey or Surrey Limousine will not be subject to any extra fee.
(2) Surrey and Surrey Limousines are shipped anywhere in the 48 contiguous state of the continental United States for $235.00 per bike. Orders shipped to any shipping address not in the 48 contiguous 48 states in the United States shall be separately quoted and charged by International Surrey Company Ltd.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped FOB International Surrey Company Ltd., La Marque, Texas. All damage should be noted in detail on the shipping document presented by the shipping company driver at the time of delivery so that recourse can be taken against the shipping company.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
Cancellations are not permitted under any circumstance. All clearance item sales are final.
Buyer shall have ten (10) days from the date that Buyer receives the product to return the nonclearance item. Buyer shall be responsible for a 15% (fifteen percent) restocking fee of the total sales price for all returned items.
Buyer must return the item in its original crate or box. Buyer is responsible for all damage to the item on return. Finally, Buyer is also responsible for all freight and shipping expenses to and from Buyer's address for returns.
